Our Program

Tesoro Preschool is a dual language immersion preschool program committed to a whole-child approach to teaching. At Tesoro Preschool, we are dedicated to providing high quality education and childcare that serves as the foundation for kindergarten and beyond. We work in partnership with our families to guarantee that every child is reaching their full potential while in our care.

We strongly believe in the development of well-rounded children by emphasizing the importance of teaching skills in every domain. We use a research-based curriculum aligned with National and State standards. In addition, the curriculum highly emphasizes social and emotional skills. Our program is also highly focused on character development and teaching the skills of compassion, empathy, understanding and acceptance. We pride ourselves in offering an all-inclusive program with enrichment courses and a specialized motor skills curriculum embedded into our weekly lesson plans.

We are passionate and committed to being a part of our families’ lives and forming a partnership with each family. The initial five years of a child’s life are the most important for their development and we have the honor to teach and help develop well-rounded children during their formative years. Your child is a tesoro. Everything your child will learn at Tesoro will be their treasure box full of knowledge to prepare them for life, elementary school and beyond.
